– We accept 50% advance payment, after confirming your order. Remaining 50% will be charged after delivering.
– For online payments, we do NOT store your card details.
*2. Pricing & Availability*
– Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice.
– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or out-of-stock items. You will be notified and refunded.
*3. Shipping & Delivery*
– Delivery is available across Pakistan via PostEx.
– Standard delivery time: *2-5 business days* for major cities, *5-7 days* for other areas.
– *Delivery charges:* Delivery Charges are not included in product price
– We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
*4. Returns & Refunds*
– *7-Day Return/Exchange Policy*: If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
– Product must be unused, in original packaging.
– For COD orders: We will arrange a free pickup and send replacement or refund.
– For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the same payment method within 5-7 business days.
– *Returns not accepted for*: screen protectors, cables once opened due to hygiene reasons.

– Original accessories come with manufacturer warranty as mentioned on product page.
– We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.
